Get to Know Us
PEAK Architecture LLC
PEAK Architecture is a custom residential architecture firm based in Basalt, Colorado. Led by architect Dustin Anderson, we design new homes, remodels, and additions throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. We're centered on our clients: every project starts with listening to your goals and how you want to live, and ends with a home that brings your vision to life. Our work focuses on sustainable, energy-efficient, and wildfire-hardened design, and we're licensed in Colorado and Montana.
Our Mission
To bring each client's vision to life through expert, sustainable custom building design. We build collaborative relationships with clients and contractors, with open communication at every step from site selection through construction.
Our Vision
Homes that are beautiful, built to last, and responsible to the mountain places they belong to. We want every PEAK home to reflect the people who live in it, and to show that thoughtful design, sustainability, and resilience go hand in hand.
What Guides Us
Collaborative. Creative. Conscientious.
From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we work side by side with you and your builder so the finished home is exactly what you pictured.
